CDL-A Truck Driver – Walmart Dedicated | Home Daily | Harrisonville, MO

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Walmart account based out of Harrisonville, MO. Home daily, no-touch freight, and consistent no-touch grocery freight — solo and team positions available. Trainees welcome!

Job Overview

• Location: Harrisonville, MO (Kansas City Metro hiring area)
• Home Time: Daily
• Shift: Night shift
• Freight: No-touch — dry and refrigerated groceries (reefer & dry van)
• Load Type: Live load, live unload, and drop & hook (mostly live unloads)
• Positions Available: 10 solo drivers, 2 team drivers

Pay & Bonuses

• Mileage Pay: Starts at $0.49/mile, increasing with experience:
• 0 months: $0.49/mile
• 3 months: $0.51/mile
• 9 months: $0.52/mile
• 12 months: $0.54/mile
• 18 months: $0.55/mile
• 24 months: $0.57/mile
• 36 months: $0.60/mile
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,100–$1,200
• Weekly Mileage: 1,100–1,400 miles
• Short Haul Pay: $25 for loads under 50 miles
• Stop Pay: $10 for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop
• Performance Bonus: Swift Driver Performance Bonus (safety requirements must be met to qualify)
• Unload Pay: N/A — this is a no-touch freight account

Schedule & Work Expectations

• Overnight/night shift
• Weekend work required
• Holiday work required (every holiday)
• Some wait times possible at pickup/delivery locations

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Trainees welcome — no prior experience required to apply
• Experienced first-seat drivers also encouraged to apply
• No special endorsements required
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must live within 50 miles of zip code 64701 (or be willing to relocate/commute)
• Owner-operators welcome
• Teams welcome
