Local CDL-A Truck Driver - 6 months Experience Required

Pay & Compensation

• Average pay: $1,700 - $2,000/week
• Estimated annual pay: $89,000 - $110,000
• CPM: 80¢ - 85¢ (increases 1 CPM annually, maxing out after 5 years)
• Stop pay: $25 per stop
• Average miles: 2,000 - 2,400 per week

Home Time

• Home every day after your shift
• Early Morning Start time

Orientation

• One day long
• $125 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
• Transportation and hotel provided
• Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment

Freight

• Run local routes with over 80% of deliveries in NYC, hauling 100% no-touch dry freight. Keep your work focused on local deliveries while benefiting from regular routes and steady year-round opportunities

Equipment

• Operate 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworth T680s
• All trucks feature automatic transmissions
• Drive day cabs designed for local routes
• Receive a truck assigned specifically to you. Please note that trucks must remain at the company yard and cannot be taken home.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum 6 months Tractor & Trailer experience required
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
• Must reside within 50 miles of Westfield, MA
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
