Local HR (part time,remote)

About the role

Provide professional consultation and recommendations to headquarters on Thai labor laws, local employment regulations and related compliance practices. Assist headquarters in resolving employee complaints and simple labor disputes. Respond to and handle inquiries from Thai local employees regarding salary, social security, employment contracts, leave and holiday policies. Assist in phone screening and communication with local job candidates, including personal information verification, interview arrangement and scheduling, and interview time reminder. Support end-to-end recruitment activities for positions based in Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation and recommendations to headquarters on Thai labor laws, local employment regulations and related compliance practices
• Assist headquarters in resolving employee complaints and simple labor disputes
• Respond to and handle inquiries from Thai local employees regarding salary, social security, employment contracts, leave and holiday policies
• Assist in phone screening and communication with local job candidates, including personal information verification, interview arrangement and scheduling
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for positions based in Thailand

About you

• Thai native speaker with good English communication ability
• Familiar with Thailand labor law, social security, payroll, employment contract and leave management rules
• Relevant HR or recruitment working experience in Thailand
• Familiar with local recruitment channels and employee relations handling
• Able to work part-time remotely and respond to messages timely
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with basic office tools, careful and responsible in work
