We are currently seeking an experienced Brisbane based MC Driver - Night Shift to join our local team. The successful applicant will be required to start work at 4:00pm each day. Finish times will vary depending on operational requirements and tasks for the day, so a degree of flexibility is essential. Any hours worked beyond the standard shift will be paid at the applicable overtime rates.

Brisbane Depot location - 1, Transport Road, Yatala, QLD. 4207

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Daily vehicle checks and fitness for duty.

• Delivery of allocated freight to required locations as per customer timeslot.

• Load / unload trailers.

• Load restraint as per National Load Restraint Guidelines.

• Refueling and cleanliness of allocated equipment.

• Promptly report any mechanical faults, delivery issues or delays.

To be successful in the role you will possess the following attributes:

• Hold a current Unrestricted MC license.

• At least 2 years MC linehaul experience.

• Reliable and enthusiastic.

• Clear communicator and must be punctual

• Strong understanding and commitment to safety.

• Basic Fatigue Management (BFM).

• Training and induction will be provided.

To be eligible for full time employment you will be required to meet the following employment criteria which will include but not be limited to;

• Federal Police Check.

• Full Medical and functional testing.

• Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.

• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
