Based in Seoul, well‑versed in South Korea’s local internet ecosystem, with in‑depth knowledge of traffic rules and operational logic for major platforms including Naver, Kakao and local community channels.

About the Role

Korean national with fluent Chinese language proficiency. Capable of independently liaising with Korean official platforms and merchant partners, while collaborating seamlessly with the China‑based central team.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience in local event operations in South Korea or OTA travel platform operations is preferred.
• Familiar with South Korea’s seasonal travel peaks, local consumer behaviours and social‑media communication logic.
• Proven end‑to‑end capabilities including proposal drafting, campaign execution and data‑driven performance review.
• Result‑oriented. Able to deliver against core growth KPIs such as GMV, user acquisition and conversion.
• Strong execution, rigorous logical thinking, great attention to detail, solid stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.
