Key responsibilities
- Source and canvass products, materials, and supplies from local suppliers
- Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers
- Process purchase requests and purchase orders
- Monitor deliveries and coordinate with suppliers
- Maintain proper purchasing records and documents
- Ensure purchases meet company requirements and budget
About you
- College graduate or college level education
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or related field is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in sourcing suppliers and canvassing prices
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to do fieldwork when necessary
- Computer literate
