Local reporting App support

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities:

• Perform daily Local reporting systems (FBDS, AML, RCPMIS etc) BAU, including issue identify, issue tacking, work with Vendor to resolve issues.
• Communicate with bank users, Regular tech department about Local reporting systems IT submission and task.
• Perform Level1 and 2 tech support fixes.
• Application software monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Test environment deployment and maintenance, system setting performance.
• Plan and deploy new system versions, patches, changes.
• Communicate with vender on tech issues, incidents, and changes.
• Have common understanding for reporting system common end to end system workflow.
• Have common understanding and knowledge on bank information security rules.
• Be responsible for application contract. Requirements:
• At least 10 years' experience with local reporting system tech support.
• Experience on communication with Regulatory(CFETS, NFRA, PBOC, SAFE, etc).
• Motivation on own tasks, share status, report blocks.
• Be aware of Bank policy, Risk Restriction, Security Restriction, Operation Restriction, etc.
• English communication skills including written and oral.
• Advanced experience with installation, configuration, administration of Suse, Redhat, Tomcat, IBM MQ, Oracle/Postgre/Sgl server/my sql.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Coding experience is a pluse
