What they need
- Provide onsite IT support to end users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Handle incident resolution and service requests in line with defined SLAs.
- Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) for end-user devices.
- Support device setup, imaging, and deployment for new and existing users.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Assist users with standard applications, operating systems, and access-related queries.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security guidelines, and asset management processes.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, and inventory records.
- Deliver high-quality end-user experience through timely and customer-focused support.
