Localization Project Management Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented project management intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will support the Project Management team in coordinating localization projects, tracking tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving and reviewing project requirements.
• Support task assignment and follow up with linguists and vendors.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and pending tasks.
• Assist with client and internal communication.
• Support quality and final file checks.
• Help prepare and deliver completed project files.
• Learn and support localization workflows and project management processes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• University student or fresh graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
• Very good English verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of CAT and QA tools.
• Knowledge of localization services such as MTPE, DTP, Media, eLearning, or AI.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts.
