Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in life insurance industry with expertise in agency sales or management.
• Proven track record of success in agent recruitment, development, and retention.
• Strong understanding of the agency channel and ability to develop effective partnerships with agents.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
