Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of the location, including operations, sales, customer service, and team development.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee profit & loss analysis, financial management, and budget adherence to ensure profitability.
• Manage team recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Utilize Excel data analysis and other business tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform decision making.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
• Implement process improvements and lean management practices to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with executive-level teams to align location strategies with overall corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a customer-centric environment by maintaining high service standards and resolving escalated issues promptly.
