Location Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Manager to lead our Vilonia drive-thru! You’ll own the day-to-day operation of the store: building and coaching a strong team, keeping the line moving, and making sure every guest leaves happy. If you love coffee, people, and running a tight shift, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily store operations, from opening to close, with a focus on speed, quality, and consistency
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop your team, including shift leads
• Create a welcoming experience for every guest and handle concerns quickly and kindly
• Drive sales and hit store goals through upselling, promotions, and local community involvement
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste to keep the store stocked and costs in check
• Monitor labor, food costs, and other key numbers, and act on what they show
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and company standards on every shift
• Step in on the floor and at the window whenever the team needs you

What You Bring

• 1–2+ years of supervisory or management experience in food service, coffee, or retail [adjust as needed]
• A leadership style that motivates people and holds them accountable
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle priorities during a rush
• Clear, friendly communication with guests and team members
• Comfort with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic reporting
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and some holidays
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
