What they need
Introduction and overview
At trove, we are creating a new model of wellbeing. We offer a uniquely convenient way for people to access best-in-class products and services to support their wellbeing, mind, body + soul, in an elevated, sanctuary-like setting.
We aren't just another wellness business. We are a retreat in the city, a place to quiet the noise of the outside world, calm your nervous system, and come back to centre. We are obsessed with giving our guests an experience that can't be found anywhere else: total holistic nourishment in a luxurious setting that immediately feels like home.
At trove, you can expect to work with like-minded and like-hearted people who care deeply about our collective healing. We are committed to giving our team opportunities to care for their wellbeing, and to learn, grow and thrive together.
The role
As Location Manager, you lead the people who create the trove experience. Your primary responsibility is to build a thriving, high-performing team that delivers an exceptional guest experience, and to turn that into strong, measurable results for your location.
You succeed through your people. You will spend most of your time on the floor, coaching your team, connecting with guests and keeping a close eye on the numbers that tell you how both are doing.
Success in this role requires a passion for exceptional guest service and team experience, strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment and a growth mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, works well with people from diverse backgrounds, and brings a positive, team-first approach to every interaction.
Our values
Our core values are the three pillars of our brand and our North Star at trove.
you belong. We believe healing isn't about any one of us, it's about all of us. We are committed to building a diverse community, and to ensuring our spaces are infused with the safety and inclusion that allow for belonging, where everyone can show up fully as their most authentic selves and thrive. When people feel a true sense of belonging, it creates a ripple that extends far beyond the individual, contributing to the healing of our communities and the world.
with excellence. Our commitment to excellence shapes every detail of the trove team and guest experience. We are intentional in who we partner with, what we offer, and how we deliver care, ensuring a standard that delivers an unparalleled opportunity to quiet the noise of the outside world, heal deeply, and return to yourself.
in congruency. We operate in alignment with our values, our word, and our actions. What we offer at trove reflects how we live and lead. We prioritize honesty, integrity, and thoughtful decision making, ensuring that our brand is not only expressed but embodied. This alignment builds trust with ourselves, with each other, and with every guest we serve.
