Location Manager - Hyderabad

Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Location Manager to oversee the successful operation and strategic growth of our Hyderabad branch. This role requires a strong leader who can drive performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage a high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities**

• Manage daily operations of the Hyderabad location, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards and policies.
• Develop and implement local business strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and operational objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of location staff.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage local budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and effectively.
• Prepare and present regular reports on location performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations and achieving business targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Fluency in English and Telugu is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
