Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Locksmith to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of locking mechanisms, security systems, and related hardware. Your expertise will ensure the safety and security of our facilities, equipment, and personnel. Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electronic locking systems across various facilities.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics on security hardware to identify faults and determine necessary repairs.
• Interpret technical schematics and drawings to accurately install or service complex lock mechanisms and security systems.
• Use specialized tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure system integrity.
• Perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment mechanics related to lock hardware and security devices.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to diagnose issues using technical drawings and schematics for efficient resolution.
• Document all service activities thoroughly, including repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostics results.

Requirements

• Proven experience with mechanical locks, electronic security systems, or related hardware.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical diagnostics skills.
• Experience working with heavy equipment mechanics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures in industrial or commercial settings.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety standards.
