Concord Locksmith is a 79+ year family-owned business with an excellent reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, and long-standing customer relationships. We are seeking a skilled Road Technician to provide commercial, residential, automotive, and access control services using company-provided equipment, tools, and a stocked service vehicle.

We are fast-paced, team-driven, and committed to high-quality work. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with optional Saturday availability.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check (required for CA Locksmith License)
• Good DMV record (may be reviewed during interview)
• Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb a ladder and occasionally work at height with a safety harness
• Ability to work in external weather conditions year-round

Your Duties

• Identify client needs, clearly communicate solutions, and carry out work professionally
• Pick, rekey, repair, and fit keys to commercial and residential lock hardware
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial door hardware including:
• Panic devices
• Electric strikes
• Door closers
• Full-length latch guards
• Keypad locks
• Comprehend and generate multi-level master key systems
• Install, service, and troubleshoot access control systems
• Work with keyless entry, card readers, electric strikes, maglocks, and related hardware
• Run low-voltage wiring with clean, organized cable management
• Integrate systems with existing doors, frames, and locking hardware
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to locks and access control
• Walk job sites, assess needs, provide estimates, research hardware, and place orders
• Follow company procedures for job sites, documentation, and daily operations
