Locomotive system / Embedded System Engineer

Overall system level knowledge of Locomotives, both Software and Hardware experience.

7 + years of overall experience on Technical roles

Proficient on Embedded. C , C, C++

Hand-on experience on Development

Experience in complex embedded software systems

Good programming skills in Python or Java™, C, or C#

Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent and systematic way of working

Experience in Rail domain is plus.

Exposure to Control systems

Communication, C language

Understanding of controllers

CAN BUS and Ethernet Experience.

Preferred past experience of System Engineer

Architecture design

Safety Assessment

Interfacing diagram

Documentation

Writing system level requirements

Incumbent will have overall design and technical responsibility for the project as a whole. Multiple projects will be worked simultaneously.

Respond to new sales inquiries in a timely manner and create customer technical proposals.

Undertake task such locomotives performance studies, project cost estimates and engineering cost estimates.
