LOEWE Training Administrations Intern

This is an exciting internship opportunity at LOEWE ’s Japan headquarters. If you are interested in Training Administrations at a fast-paced and fast-growing luxury brand and are available to work physically at the office in Tokyo 7 hours a day 3-4 days a week for at least 6 months please apply.

Responsibilities

• Arrange for translation of e-learning materials, revise working, and upload to the system
• Arrange for the translation materials and check wording
• Prepare for the classroom trainings (presentation of tools, venue arrangement and set-up, participants coordination, arrangement of lunch boxes, etc)
• Billing and invoicing
• Collect training feedback from participants

Required skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Microsoft Skills – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience

• Prior internship experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment and/or working in the retail or luxury industry is a plus

Internship details

• Start date: Early July
• Working hours: 10:00-17:00 or 11:00-18:00 (We may ask to work extra hours for certain occasions)
• Working days: Minimum 3-4 days a week
• Duration: at least 6 months
