Role: Site Reliability Engineer
Experience required
- 3-6 years overall experience in Monitoring / Observability / SRE
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience across infrastructure, cloud, applications and operations
- Exposure to ITSM and SRE operating models
Mandatory Skills
- LogicMonitor administration and implementation (Collectors, DataSources, EventSources)
- Full-stack observability across Infrastructure, Applications, Cloud, Platforms, and End-User Experience
- Metrics, Logs, Traces, Events (OpenTelemetry concepts preferred)
- Alerting, threshold management, alert tuning, and noise reduction
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using telemetry data
- Service health dashboards and SLA/SLO monitoring
- Event correlation and incident management integration
Advanced Capabilities
- Real User Monitoring (RUM)
- Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM)
- Synthetic Monitoring
- Service Mapping
- Dependency Mapping
- Distributed Tracing
Certifications
LogicMonitor Certified Professional (highly preferred)
Dynatrace Associate Certification
Datadog Fundamentals Certification
Splunk Core Certified Power User/Admin
