Logisctic BIR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and organizing BIR documents and supporting schedules
• Assisting with BIR filings and tax-related documentation
• Receiving/filing invoices, receipts, delivery documents, and other logistics records
• Checking documents for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinating with Accounting, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics
• Maintaining physical and electronic records
• Assisting during BIR/tax audits by retrieving required documents
• Preparing reports using Excel

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related course
• Fresh graduates may be considered, depending on the posting
• Experience in BIR/tax documentation, logistics, warehouse, or administrative work is an advantage
• Knowledge of BIR requirements and basic accounting is preferred
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
