What they need
Job Desc:
- Invoice submission and verification.
- Import data management, including ETA, ETD, status updates, and documentation.
- Product sample data management.
- Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and coordinate internally with the Sales and Factory teams.
- Coordinate and arrange vendor transportation, if required.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Logistics Admin in beauty industry or related field
- Quick learner, proactive, and willing to learn
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Excel
- English proficiency is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
