Logistic Admin

• Follow sales order to prepare goods stated on the sales order for delivery
• Provide support to the Sales Department in servicing clients as required
• Provide information to customers & procurement department
• Follow procedures in processing all on-confirming goods or returns as required from Supplier/internal delivery.
• Prepare documentations for delivery purposes
• Update payment received from logistic delivery team on daily basis.
• Responsible for keeping appropriate and updated documentation and logs to support all planned finalized orders (Customers & suppliers)
• Track order to ensure timely deliveries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
