LOGISTIC & INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

1. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

·       Plan, coordinate, and monitor delivery of materials, equipment, and tools to project sites.

·       Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

·       Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.

·       Arrange transportation (lorry, 4x4, etc.) based on project requirements.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

·       Maintain accurate inventory records (in/out, balance stock, transfers).

·       Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient materials are available for ongoing projects.

·       Perform regular stock checks and reconciliation.

·       Manage warehouse organization, ensuring proper storage and labeling of materials.

·       Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.

3. Procurement Support

·       Assist in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from suppliers.

·       Coordinate with procurement team for purchase orders and delivery schedules.

·       Ensure materials received match purchase orders and project requirements.

4. Project Coordination

·       Support project teams in planning material requirements based on project timelines.

·       Coordinate closely with Project Managers and site teams on material usage and needs.

·       Track project progress in terms of material readiness and logistics support.

·       Assist in resolving site issues related to materials, delivery, or shortages.

5. Documentation & Reporting

·       Prepare and maintain logistics, inventory, and project-related reports.

·       Ensure proper filing of delivery orders (DO), invoices, stock records, and related documents.

·       Update internal tracking systems or reports on a regular basis.

·       Provide weekly updates on stock status and logistics movement

6. Compliance & Cost Control

·       Ensure all logistics and inventory processes comply with company policies.

·       Monitor and control logistics costs (transport, handling, storage).

·       Highlight inefficiencies and propose improvements
