Logistic & Lifting Manager

RAQ Contracting is looking for an experienced Logistics & Lifting Manager to lead and manage logistics, lifting, heavy transportation, and material handling operations for precast construction projects.

1. Manage and supervise all logistics and lifting operations for precast construction projects.
2. Prepare and implement lifting plans, method statements, and lifting procedures.
3. Coordinate cranes, lifting equipment, transport vehicles, rigging teams, and manpower.
4. Manage safe loading, transportation, unloading, and installation of precast elements.
5. Coordinate with Project, Construction, Engineering, and HSE teams.
6. Ensure all lifting activities comply with approved procedures and safety requirements.
7. Monitor crane and lifting equipment inspections, certifications, and maintenance.
8. Plan lifting sequences, delivery schedules, site access, storage, and material movement.
9. Supervise lifting supervisors, riggers, signalmen, drivers, and logistics personnel.
10. Coordinate with transport subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery.
11. Identify lifting and logistics risks and implement appropriate control measures.
12. Maintain proper records for lifting equipment, certifications, permits, and logistics activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 15 years of total experience in construction/logistics/lifting operations.

2. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in logistics and lifting.

3. Strong experience in precast construction is mandatory.

4. LEEA Certification is mandatory.

5. Proven experience in lifting planning, crane operations, rigging, heavy transportation, and site logistics.

6. Strong knowledge of lifting safety, equipment coordination, and compliance.

7. Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

8. UAE construction experience is preferred.

   Education & Certification

   Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Logistics, or a related field.

   LEEA Certified – Mandatory.
