What they need
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents
- Coordinate with carriers and schedule shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding delivery status
- Update logistics databases and tracking systems
- Assist with resolving shipping and delivery issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support warehouse staff with documentation and inventory tasks
- Generate reports related to logistics performance
- Must be fluent in English
Requirement:
- Diploma/Bachelor
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
- Well experienced in logistic and shipping Company
- Fluent in English is Mandatory
