We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Procurement Administrator to join a leading aviation charter services organisation at their corporate office in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, supporting procurement, logistics, and finance functions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries; follow up on discrepancies
• Liaise with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Raise purchase orders and maintain stock records for full traceability
• Monitor and coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders and customs officials
• Manage and renew technical/operational publications and IT software subscriptions
• Support the logistics team in ensuring purchases are correctly allocated to respective entities
• Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Handle goods receipts, dispatching, and freight monitoring

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Procurement or Logistics role (aviation MRO background highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a high-paced environment
• Solid warehouse/logistics experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude
