Logistic & Sales Support Admin

About the role

The Logistic & Sales Support Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Support and Logistic functions, with a key focus on processing customer sales orders accurately and on time, coordinating order status and delivery schedules, preparing relevant sales and logistics documentation, and monitoring order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and prepare customer sales orders accurately and within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer order status, stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders (DO), credit notes and other sales-related documents.
• Monitor customer orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders, delivery documents and related transactions.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments to support smooth order processing and delivery arrangements.
• Assist in checking order details and supporting documents before processing.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Support and Logistic team as required.

About you

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and basic formulas.
• Familiarity with SQL systems is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good discipline and attendance record.
