Logistics Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to support daily eCommerce shipment operations and internal company logistics coordination. The role involves preparing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth handling of devices, SIM cards, and related logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack eCommerce orders for shipment
• Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
• Handle inventory stock checking and stock movement
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Update shipment tracking and order status in system
• Assist with SIM, eSIM, and device fulfillment processes
• Coordinate internal logistics and office operational needs
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of shipments
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Assist in warehouse organization and inventory management
• Support returns, exchanges, and damaged item handling
• Work closely with customer service and operations teams

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of logistics or eCommerce operations
• Able to use computer systems and spreadsheets
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Physically able to handle packing and shipment tasks
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or eCommerce is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience with courier platforms or shipping systems
• Familiar with inventory management
• Basic understanding of online marketplace operations (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
• Familiar with barcode scanning or stock systems
