- Assisting with the coordination and implementation of logistics processes
- Receiving, processing and tracking inventory movements
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities
- Collaborating with the relevant team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the optimisation of logistics operations
- Prepare shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, bills of lading (BL), commercial invoices, and customs clearance papers.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth cargo release.
- Track shipment status and proactively update customers or internal departments on progress.
