What they need
1 Responsible and coordinate for all operations within the store department proactive planning and scheduling.
2 Follow up and liaise with Customer Service on delivery matter as per customer request.
3 Responsible for coordinating the delivery of material to various location 4 Ensuring Delivery Order items and quantity tally before shipping out to customer.
4 To ensure all loading and keep quantity tally and with proper flow
5 Prepare monthly Transport Report.
6 Co-ordinate with store personal on readliness of goods for delivery & inform Customer Service any delivery status.
7 To update and maintain proper documentation and systems, including filing of records in compliance to ISO, statutory and legal requirements.
8 To liaise with sub-con transportation for daily shipment arrangement. – Back up
9 Handle all Urgent and Normal Shipment include lorry driver problem. – Back up
