Logistic Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Logistic Assistant to support our day-to-day fulfilment and office operations. The main responsibility of this role is to handle the packing and fulfilment of items, ensuring that orders and products are prepared accurately and properly. The role will also assist with maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including common areas and toilets.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and prepare items for delivery, collection, or distribution
• Check items against packing lists or fulfilment requirements
• Ensure items are packed properly and securely
• Label, sort, and organise packed items accordingly
• Assist with receiving, moving, arranging, and storing stocks or products
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing and storage areas
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks when required
• Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the supervisor
• Support other general logistics and operational duties when required
• Perform general cleaning of the office and operational areas

About you

• Responsible, punctual, and reliable
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing, packing, moving boxes, and carrying items
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Good attention to detail, especially when packing and checking items
• Willing to perform both fulfilment and office cleaning duties
• Able to maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse fulfilment, packing, or general cleaning is an advantage but not required
