LOGISTIC ASSISTANT

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our logistics and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory movement.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while complying with company procedures and relevant regulations.
• Support inventory monitoring and control to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Work closely with internal departments and external logistics partners to resolve delivery or logistics issues efficiently.
• Assist in analyzing logistics data and preparing reports to monitor performance and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct monthly stock count and inventory verification.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager to support logistics operations.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong interest in logistics are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of transportation coordination and inventory control will be beneficial.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in OpenOffice or other office software.
