Logistic Assistant

·         Supports supply chain operations by coordinating transportation, managing inventory levels, and processing shipping documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

·         Coordinate daily transport and shipment schedules for company drivers and delivery teams.

·         Liaise with 3rd party transport for local delivery.

·         Coordinate customer orders and ensure smooth delivery arrangements, e.g. courier arrangements.

·         Maintain accurate record, proper documentation, and filing.

·         Ensure cargo is properly labeled with shipping marks and monitor the loading process.

·         Liaise with internal department such as Production and Warehouse.

·         Familiar with shipping documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and export procedures.

·         Prepare and process bills and invoices.

·         Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirement:

·         A minimum Diploma qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

·         Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, or administrative roles is preferred.

·         Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.

·         Good command of English for correspondence and documentation

·         Good communication skills

·         Good time management and problem-solving skills
