Logistic Assistant

Responsibilities

·         Assist in daily logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and delivering goods.

·         Prepare, verify, and manage documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and delivery records.

·         Ensure the accuracy of goods received and delivered in terms of quantity and quality.

·         Maintain and update inventory/stock records accurately and systematically.

·         Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Requirements

·         Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·         Working experience in logistics or warehouse operations is an added advantage.

·         Able to plan and manage delivery routes within Kota Kinabalu, Tuaran, and Sipitang efficiently and ensure timely deliveries.

·         Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management systems.

·         Responsible, honest, and possess good work discipline.

·         Able to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Willing to work overtime when required.
