Logistic Assistant Manager (Apoteker)

About the role

This role involves overseeing warehouse and storage operations, managing inbound and outbound logistics activities, and ensuring compliance with CPOB requirements and logistics standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials, primary materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in accordance with approved procedures
• Ensure accurate recording and timely entry of all materials and products into the inventory system
• Oversee warehouse and storage operations to ensure full compliance with CPOB requirements and logistics SOP
• Supervise and coordinate the distribution of finished goods to designated distribution channels
• Ensure all inbound and outbound logistics activities are properly documented and executed in accordance with applicable procedures
• Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain efficient and compliant logistics operations
• Support the Logistics Manager in monitoring warehouse performance and achieving established logistics targets
• Ensure compliance with SOP, regulatory requirements, and applicable quality standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Licensed Pharmacist) with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possession of active SIPA and STRA licenses for company use
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Logistics Assistant Manager
• Good understanding of CPOB (Good Manufacturing Practices / GMP)
• Proficient in Accurate, HashMicro, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound processes, storage management, and inventory control
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under targets and deadlines
• Able to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
