Logistic Assistant / Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue incoming materials and goods in accordance with established procedures.
• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records through regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Arrange and coordinate material deliveries to the cleanroom and production areas to ensure timely supply.
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and preparation of materials for internal transfers and external shipments.
• Maintain proper material handling, storage, and identification procedures to ensure material traceability and prevent damage or contamination.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing goods documentation, including delivery orders, inventory records, and shipment documents.
• Support stocktaking activities and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to support daily material flow and operational needs.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or material handling.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and goods receiving and dispatch procedures.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials where required.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or handling cleanroom-related materials is an advantage.
