Job Qualifications

• With relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, depot, or distribution operations.
• Preferably experienced in depot operations and product dispatching.
• With experience in vessel receiving and receiving documentation.
• With experience in data encoding and maintaining accurate logistics records.
• Knowledgeable in basic inventory and warehouse procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is preferred.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and in a warehouse/depot environment.

Job Description

• Assist in the daily operations of the depot and logistics area.
• Coordinate and monitor the dispatching of products to designated locations.
• Receive and verify products delivered through vessel operations.
• Check quantities, documents, and product details for accuracy.
• Encode and update receiving, dispatching, and inventory data.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams for smooth product movement.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of goods.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
