Logistic Associate

The Logistic Associate will assist in coordinating and monitoring import, export, and local shipments from origin to final delivery. The role includes shipment tracking, truck booking, documentation, delivery monitoring, and coordination with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating import, export, and local shipments.
• Monitor shipment and delivery schedules.
• Assist with truck bookings and port coordination.
• Check and maintain shipping and customs documents.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely submission of PODs.
• Prepare shipment and logistics reports.
• Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, trucking providers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving shipment and delivery concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• OJT/internship experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
