Logistic Clerk

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Customs Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in logistics, brokerage, freight forwarding, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of monitoring production schedules and deliveries.
• Able to organize, track, and coordinate customer orders.
• Committed to following company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, monitor, and follow up customer orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, and other departments.
• Track production status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate logistics and shipment records.
• Assist in improving logistics and operational processes.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (English & Filipino)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
