Logistic Coordinator (5 month's contract)

• Follow up with suppliers on shipping discrepancies, raise claims and input data into database system.
• Check Shipment details and monitor shipments
• To coordinate between internal departments as well as external suppliers
• Liaise closely with forwarders and third-party logistics provider on all shipment details
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required

Pre-requisite

• At least a Diploma, preferably in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of English
• 1 year of relevant working experience will be advantageous
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player and reliable independent worker
• Good organizational skills with a high capacity for detailed work
