- Organize and coordinate delivery schedules based on Delivery Orders (DO).
- Contact customers to confirm delivery dates, times, and locations.
- Prepare and issue delivery instructions to lorry drivers.
- Monitor the delivery process and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Experience in logistics or warehousing is an advantage.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Responsible, meticulous, and a team player.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
