Logistic Coordinator

About the role

To support the efficient flow of goods, materials, and information within the organization by coordinating, monitoring, and executing logistics and transportation activities. Ensures timely delivery, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels, warehouse activities, and stock movements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to the team.
• Assist in planning and executing transportation and distribution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support warehouse operations including FIFO (First In, First Out) management.
• Assist in analyzing logistics performance metrics and preparing reports.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or college-level coursework in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP/WMS systems, and shipment tracking software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
• Knowledge of logistics, inventory, and transportation procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
