What they need
Customer Inquiry & Order Management - Receive and process customer shipping request(import/export by sea/air)
Shipment Coordination Support - Track shipment status from origin to destination
Documentation support - Assist customers with required shipping documents
Issue resolution - Handle customer complaints (delay, damaged cargo, demurrage charges)
Record Keeping & Reporting - Maintain customer service log (inquiries, quotes, complaints)
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma holder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English and Malay. Prefer can speak Chinese
- Computer literate (Ms Office).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
