Key Responsibilities
- Coordination: Schedule and manage pickups, deliveries, and driver routes.
- Communication: Liaise with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams (procurement, sales).
- Documentation: Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading) and maintain audit trails.
- Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor shipments and delivery
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve shipping errors, exceptions, and delays
Core Duties
- Managing the order cycle from planning to delivery.
- Overseeing warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
- Ensuring product availability to meet demand.
- Optimizing routes and transport costs.
Essential Skills
- Strong multitasking and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with logistics software and MS Office.
- Understanding of supply chain principles.

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
