Logistic Coordinator

As one of the fastest-growing implant companies in the industry with significant year-over-year growth, Hiossen Implant Canada continues to expand.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our daily logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong communication and time management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipment-related issues and ensure the smooth operation of our growing business.

Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage in the ERP system.
• Coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities with outside agencies and organizations.
• Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies.
• Work with carrier and third-party services.
• Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
• Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Reviewing and verifying product details like price, weight and other labelling essentials.
• Assist logistics coordinator, warehouse specialists, and other team members when needed to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS office (Such as Microsoft Excel)
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25-30 pounds.
