What they need
Coordinate daily small lorry collection schedules and driver/vehicle allocation.
Liaise with customers, drivers and internal teams on collection arrangements.
Monitor collections and follow up on pending, delayed or rescheduled jobs.
Assist with route planning and vehicle utilisation.
Maintain collection schedules, operational records and reports.
Handle collection-related administration, documentation and filing.
Support the department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
