Logistic Coordinator

Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Job Description:

• Complete the operational checklist after verifying all relevant shipment details
• Update trucking logs daily to monitor resource utilization, identify inefficiencies, and support efforts to reduce operational costs.
• Update daily records and investigate discrepancies related to cash pickups to ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution.
• Ensure all incoming pickup requests are assigned to the appropriate drivers or personnel.
• Monitor outstanding pickups and coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure all pickups are completed on the same day.
• Follow up and ensure packages delivered on time

Job Requirement:

• 5.5 days working (Saturday half day, Sunday OFF)
• At least 1 year experience in relevant industry
• Must possess good computer knowledge
• Minimum Diploma in relevant field
