Logistic Coordinator

About the role

A dispatch coordination role responsible for managing drivers, trip allocations, vehicle tracking, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and dispatcher to ensure prompt and proper movement of transactions
• Manage trip allocations and disbursement of budgets
• Monitor all S.O running out for requesting at document controller
• Track and monitor dispatched vehicles using GPS or other tracking systems
• Prepare and submit daily dispatch reports and incident reports if necessary
• Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations
• Ensure safety of delivery trucks from garage to cement plant, to batching plant or customers and back to garage
• Ensure zero missing ATWs and DRs and correct data written or encoded on those documents
• Perform other relevant functions as assigned by immediate management
