About the role

TenAsia Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistic cum Admin professional to join our team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that combines logistics operations with administrative support, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our warehousing, storage and distribution activities. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations whilst managing essential administrative tasks, making this a vital position within our operations team. This role is based on-site in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and monitoring logistics operations including receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
• Managing warehouse documentation and maintaining accurate records of inventory movements
• Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and collection of shipments
• Preparing shipping documentation, bills of lading, delivery notes and other logistics-related paperwork
• Scheduling and tracking vehicle movements and delivery routes
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining logistics databases and systems
• Supporting administrative functions including filing, correspondence and general office duties
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management tasks
• Liaising with transport providers and third-party logistics partners
• Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety standards and procedures
• Providing administrative support to the logistics and operations teams as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in logistics operations or warehouse administration, preferably in a similar role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing procedures and supply chain processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling documentation and data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or logistics software is advantageous
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to support operational needs
• Valid driving licence would be beneficial
