Logistic Data Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain logistics data, including inventory, warehouse, material movement, and shipment records.
• Prepare, update, and analyze logistics reports and data to support daily operations and decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across logistics systems and reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and other related departments to ensure accurate and timely data updates.
• Perform data entry, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting related to logistics activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics data and processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data accuracy.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or data administration is preferred.
